| Responsibilities | We are seeking someone who: Speaks Spanish Is legally authorized to work in the United States Has a positive attitude and enjoys hands-on pastry work Can work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment The primary responsibility is hand-finishing our famous Key Lime Pies by piping whipped cream and meringue using pastry bags. While previous pastry experience is appreciated, we are happy to train the right candidate. We offer: Full-time, year-round employment Competitive pay Stable hours, even during the slower season A supportive team environment We believe this position may be especially well suited for someone who enjoys precision, consistency, and working as part of a dedicated production team. While the position is open to all qualified applicants, we have found that the physical nature of the role may be a good fit for someone comfortable with repetitive, hands-on production work.
