This role oversees menu planning, purchasing, food safety compliance, inventory management, kitchen operations, and the leadership and development of the food service team. The Food Service Director fosters a Christ-centered, servant-hearted culture while maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, efficiency, and stewardship throughout the department.
