Although my mom’s cookies are amazing, this venture is not just about cookies. It is a about life and how God never leaves us or forsakes us. How God can turn something the enemy meant for evil into something good and new through His grace. Upon coming to America, from Italy, my mom was abandoned by my dad and worked hard to support three children on her own. This took a toll on her and us in many ways. Through all of the pain and struggles, somehow she always managed to give us great tasting food which she prepared with lots of love.

I plan to use this new venture to not only share her life’s story and great recipes with the world but to also show her and others that although people may abandon us in life, the Lord never does and never will! A portion of the proceeds from the sales of this product will go towards supporting new business ideas by woman and children who come from single family homes.

What I Am Looking For:

I am looking for a hard working Christian who loves the Lord, has integrity and has a passion for great tasting food. This person should be able to produce, package and distribute these cookies to local retailers who have already expressed an interest in my product. Right now I am only looking to bring one product to market, but at some point I will be looking to expand the product line to include other food products as well. So, you should be the type of individual who loves experimenting with recipes.
