Does anybody know how to calculate nutrition facts for labeling my food products?I heard that you have to take it to a lab, but it seems like you could just add up all the ingredients info and calculate it that way. If that works, do you know where I can find such a database? IP: Logged |

You might try a software package like NutriData. I don't know anything about the siftware -- it pupped up on top on a Google searchAlso see what the state or county regulators have to say. They may have a recommendation. IP: Logged |

Awesome website - thank you!!!It has both some great nutritional information, you can enter your own recipes and calculate the contents, PLUS it gives you legal for posting on your packaging labels!!! If you have a restaurant with some healthy choices, this may be a good thing to have for your health conscious customers. IP: Logged |
