Does anybody know how to calculate nutrition facts for labeling my food products?

I heard that you have to take it to a lab, but it seems like you could just add up all the ingredients info and calculate it that way. If that works, do you know where I can find such a database?

You might try a software package like NutriData. I don't know anything about the siftware -- it pupped up on top on a Google search

Also see what the state or county regulators have to say. They may have a recommendation.

It has both some great nutritional information, you can enter your own recipes and calculate the contents, PLUS it gives you legal for posting on your packaging labels!!! If you have a restaurant with some healthy choices, this may be a good thing to have for your health conscious customers.
