Hi Kyle - thank you for posting your resume. Also look through the "Job Listings" section of this website to see some jobs there in southern california and others around the world.

In your specific area you should look up Fabrice Poigin, a Christian corporate chef over a few fine dining restaurants in the area (Laurel, Kensington Grill & Chive). Also I personally used to work at Mister A's and was able to learn a great deal through my experience there. If you don't mind moving, contact the folks at Calvary Chapel Conference Center north of you a bit in Murrieta.
