I am a chef with over 20 years experience including cruise liners, private members clubs, restaurants and personal catering contracts.Traditionally trained as a saucier I have experince of senior chef roles and am at ease with sourceing, costing and devoloping menus. I am currently lookng for an opportunity that will enable me to carry on in the catering trade (because I love it so much) but will also give me the time to develop my growing ministry. I'm not quite sure how this will work so I'm pretty open and flexible as to what may come back to me. Kevin IP: Logged |

Hi Kevin - Did you take a look at the Employment area of the website here? There are currently 5 jobs in the UK alone, and if you have the option of coming to the US (and want to), I know there's a new job listing for a catering manager in California.God bless, and I pray and trust God will open the perfect doors for you in His perfect timing. Hi Ira,Thanks for your reply and best wishes. Sadly the jobs posted here are not really suitable from a financial point of view. I'm not too sure what the situation is in the States but in the UK christian employers in the catering sector take advantage of people big time. For instance looking at the jobs advertised here at £14,000 would in the secular sector be paying around £25,000 for a similar establishment. I'm currently being blessed by God as a consultant chef for a company and I'm earning over £30,000 which enables me to bless others in Eastern Europe. I don't feel that God wants me to stop my work in Russia and the Ukraine which is what I would have to do if I had to drop my income to half of what I earn at the moment. I really believe in the saying of you're blessed to be a blessing and if you want to be a blessing then you need to get blessed. God bless Kevin IP: Logged |
