Management Skills: Hiring, Firing, Scheduling, menu development, budgeting, P&L statements, supervising up to 30 people per shift, vendor experience (Sysco, BiRite, US Foods, Smart and Final), Computer knowledge, Cash Handling Experience, MS Word, Excel, and various POS Systems, Knowledge of how to coach and teach staff, great guest service Skills.
