hello! My name is Darin. I am an experienced chef with over 25 dedicated years in the industry. I feel that the Lord is calling me to an exciting adventure and I am letting Him lead the way.I live in Calgary, AB, Canada and have always wanted to work somewhere other than Canada. I did Rocky Mountain cuisine for a while but really enjoy Pan - Pacific and Global cuisine.
