Just a quick shout out to everyone....The Lord continually reminding us to Follow HIm...And in His footsteps there is no better place to be....Following can be tough in our proactive and selfish ways. It can still cause us trepidation...Like Peter and the others...hearing believing leaving..running away following again...Following Jesus to the Cross was...well we see the fruits of that in the fact that only John made it all the way...and was first(male disciple) even to go to the gravesite...the I'll be honest in that it is nervewracking and even painful to follow to what seems a dead end. There was a barrier of hate and hurt that Jesus had to walk through...and yes it would have been nice to have some friends...do we also feel that..."Sure would be nice to have some friends to go through this...divorce, surgery, bankruptcy, with"...Amen? We still look around...this is a reminder to look up! Trust in the one leading... look where He looked...to Our Father ....walking in that light and life...that REALITY. Talking with a brother chef today he used the word breakthrough...I saw Jesus walking "through" all that to the Cross ...through physical death and TO the other side...afterward in HIs ressurection He had to remind us to Follow HIm...don't worry about others what they do, what they think, what they seem to be...Follw Me...Focus...I just pray that everyone in this fellowship are blessed and encouraged to keep on walking in Spirit and truth...
Oh yeah! Major announcement! As it turns out THIS is the day the Lord made! Silly me I thought it was yesterday! haha
Rejoice Sisters and Brothers! If you are not rejoicing...that is a red flag...Again I say....Rejoice!
NOw go walk in that!

Thanks for the reminder Leo! Our God is not one of comfort zones - that just reminds me how He brings us into places and situations that are difficult so that we can allow Him to shine through us. That is IF we are willing to let Him shine during those difficult times in life.
