Before you consider attending the program, please read and review the general Overview, Curriculum and Cost outlines. Please note the prerequisites at the base of the Overview page.

The process will include an application, essays, letters of reference, and proof of meeting the prerequisites, followed by an interview. Please note that this program is intended only for Christians serious about pursuing a culinary career.
