Accomodations

A two night reservation is required
(we may be able to accomodate you if you're interested in one night only)

When signing up, please let us know what room is your preference as well as how flexible you are, as there are limited amounts of each type of accomodation.

All prices are per bed, not per person. Couples, please take private rooms only.

Lodging at Pinehurst Inn
(only 5 rooms available, where the conference is held)
Linens & towels are provided, all have private rooms & bathrooms
$55/night Queen Bed
$65/night King Bed
$75/night Suite (King Bed)
The Suite can accomodate up to a 4 person group

Cabins
All cabins have living rooms, kitchens, and shared bathrooms.
In locations where linens are not provided, they are available for $6 based on availability
Couples please take private rooms.

Lodging in nice cabins 1 mile away
$30/night Twin bed (linens provided, shared room with one other person)
$55/night Full bed, private room (linens provided)
$20/night Sleeping Mat in loft (shared with 5 other people, bring your own linens)

Lodging in basic cabins 1 mile away
Linens & Towels not provided
Shared rooms here are only with one other person in bunk-beds
$45/night Full bed, non-shared room
$30/night Full bed, shared room
$40/night Single bed, non-shared room
$20/night Single bed, shared room

Other
There is space for trailers at Pinehurst Inn if you have your own, which there would be no charge for.
No hookups are available other than possibly electricity if you have your own long extension cord.

Otherwise if a cabin is full there may be room for people in sleeping bags on the floor for no extra cost.
