We will be meeting together to encourage one another in both our faith and in our culinary abilities.
The conference is for Christian cooks and chefs in (and closely related to) the culinary industry and their spouses.

Itinerary
Note that there are three different sections to the conference with separate starting dates: The baking seminar, ServSafe course, and the actual Christian Chefs International conference. You are welcome to attend just one or all three.

Canby is less than an hour drive from Portland, home of Portland International Airport (PDX). Please inquire about transportation assistance from the airport when you sign up if you desire it.

Hands-On Baking Seminar (Sunday-Tuesday)
   Seminar plus 5 meals & 2 nights:
      Triple Occupancy=$190
      Double Occupancy=$210
      Single Occupancy=$230
   Seminar plus 5 meals (commuter=no room)=$140
   Discount for spouses & others who want to come
      hang out with meals & room, but not bake=$60 off
   Early Registration Discount (Prior to February 20)=$15 off

ServSafe Certification Course (Tuesday) *
   Session, book, certification test & lunch=$125
   Lunch Only (not taking ServSafe)=$12
   ServSafe Registration Deadline = February 20

Accomodations
We will be staying in Canby Grove's hotel-style lodging. Each room is equipped with a queen bed, two twin beds and private bathrooms. Linens and towels are provided.
